IcyLemonade.com is a multi-event service and multiple digital dating apps and is the flagship of EDDBEE GROUP AB in Sweden. Starting your account is done by visiting www.IcyLemonade.com or downloading the app and registering your account, where you choose a subscription. To ensure that you feel confident in your purchase, you are always welcome to contact our support and customer service via email info@icylemonade.com if you have any questions about your order. Once you have started your subscription, you undertake to monitor your registered email address as all communication regarding your subscription is done by email.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. When you shop at info@icylemonade.com, your card payment is processed by Google or Apple, a secure electronic payment solution. All card information is stored in accordance with the rules of the card networks. No credit card data is stored in our database, even if you choose to save the card for future purchases. It is stored with Google or Apple. Your bank statement may say icylemonade.com or EDDBEE GROUP AB. Payment for monthly subscriptions is made on a monthly basis. If no payment is made, the subscriptions are transferred to a free subscription.

Return policy

As a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw under the Distance Contracts Act and off-premises contracts, from the moment you ordered the service. The right of withdrawal ends when you start using the service, i.e. when you have registered information (horses, services, equipment, training, users) in your subscription. If you cancel your order or wish to cancel a monthly subscription, please contact us using the contact form or the contact details provided in the order confirmation. We will then close your account immediately.

Confirmation

Once your order has been received, a confirmation email with details of your order will be sent to you. Save the order confirmation to have at hand in case of contact with Icy Lemonade.

In case of dispute

In case of a dispute, the National Board for Consumer Dispute Recommendations (ARN) is followed.

Eddbee Group is constantly working on IT security. Unfortunately, however, we cannot guarantee that the website is free of harmful components. Eddbee Group never asks for your social security number or payment information because we are a free-to-use service.

Install any or all of the mobile apps on one or more mobile devices that are owned by you, under your control and that meet the company’s minimum specifications.
Install any or all desktop applications on one or more computers that are owned by you, under your control and that meet your company’s minimum specifications.
View, review and use the apps and all related information provided to you by the company.
You agree not to access, or attempt to access, the services by any means other than through the websites or apps. You specifically agree not to access, or attempt to access, the Services by any automated means (including, without limitation, through the use of scripts, bots, unauthorized third-party apps, spiders or crawlers).

You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of the Apps, Sites and/or Services, violate any applicable law, regulation, rule, ordinance or treaty.

You may not connect to or use the Apps, Websites and/or Services in any way that is not expressly permitted by these Terms.

Remove any proprietary notices from the services or copies of software provided to you by the company (software).
